Rock Counseling Ministries is a non-profit organization with a deeply held vision: to restore Christ to the center of counseling. We firmly believe that true counseling integrates biblical principles, clinical understanding, and a focus on the whole person, ultimately guiding individuals to build their lives upon the unwavering foundation of Jesus Christ.

We recognize the significant influence of secular ideologies within the mental health field. Therefore, Rock Counseling Ministries is actively engaged in God’s redemptive work, striving to bring comprehensive biblical counseling to individuals and churches across our nation. Our conviction is that Jesus Christ is indeed the “Wonderful Counselor,” and counseling is inherently within His authority. It is not an outdated practice or something to be delegated; rather, it is a vital calling for believers to embrace.

We are confident that through God’s grace and the support of His people, this vision can be realized, and that is where your potential partnership becomes significant. Our mission is to train and equip those called to counsel, providing them with the necessary resources to be biblically grounded, clinically competent, and attentive to the holistic needs of those they serve. Our goal is to develop a nationwide network of integrated biblical counselors who can extend this essential care to all who need it, without regard to their financial circumstances.

To this end, we are diligently developing counseling curricula, training programs, and seminars designed to empower individuals called to this mission field with strength, passion, and wisdom. Our long-term aspirations include establishing Christian therapeutic centers throughout the country, eventually leading to the development of a transformative Christian therapeutic ranch.

In addition, we are strongly committed to advocating for the rights of Christian counselors nationwide. We aim to empower them to be steadfast and courageous, enabling them to counsel according to their deeply held beliefs and without ever being forced to compromise their faith.

Our deepest desire is to see lives healed, marriages restored, and families reunited, with Christ as the unshakeable rock of their foundation. We would be deeply grateful if you would consider joining us in this important mission.

Therapeutic Centers

INTEGRATED. EXPERIENTIAL. RESTORATIVE – We are seeking to establish Christian therapeutic enrichment centers strategically placed around our nation to bring our incredible whole-person orientation and interactive experiential counseling to all. Each of these centers will be a transformational place for people and their families to attain healing, wise counsel, and restorative care that brings them godly and lasting growth and change. We will heal, guide, equip, and develop people and their families from their spirits, to their hearts, to their minds, and to their bodies. We long to have a well-rounded Christian team of counselors, nutritionists, physical therapists, and physical trainers to support these centers.

INTENSIVES & RETREATS – In a deep sense, the mission to develop a Christian therapeutic ranch where we can host training seminars and retreats and where we can bring people and their families for deeply personal healing, growth, and restoration is to some degree the pinnacle of our dream. AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Rock Counseling Ministries (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our“), a company registered in Colorado, United States at 9235 N Union Blvd., STE 150-274, Colorado Springs, CO 80920.

We operate the website http://rockcounselingministries.com (the “Site“), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms“) (collectively, the “Services“).

We are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is funded through the generosity of our donors, so that we may help people and families everywhere with true Christian counseling led by the Holy Spirit, clinically informed, therapeutically sound, and guided by the Word of God.

Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Services and through third-party websites. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that:

The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.

Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.

We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions provided by you in any area on the Services. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Services and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.

We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, (1) to edit, redact, or otherwise change any Contributions; (2) to re-categorize any Contributions to place them in more appropriate locations on the Services; and (3) to pre-screen or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without notice. Informal Negotiations

Binding Arbitration

If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute (except those Disputes expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and, where appropriate, the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (“AAA Consumer Rules”), both of which are available at the American Arbitration Association (AAA) website. Your arbitration fees and your share of arbitrator compensation shall be governed by the AAA Consumer Rules and, where appropriate, limited by the AAA Consumer Rules. The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online. The arbitrator will make a decision in writing, but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by either Party. The arbitrator must follow applicable law, and any award may be challenged if the arbitrator fails to do so. Except where otherwise required by the applicable AAA rules or applicable law, the arbitration will take place in El Paso, Colorado. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Parties may litigate in court to compel arbitration, stay proceedings pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate, or enter judgment on the award entered by the arbitrator.

If for any reason, a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the Dispute shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in El Paso, Colorado, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction, and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts. Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA) are excluded from these Legal Terms.

In no event shall any Dispute brought by either Party related in any way to the Services be commenced more than one (1) years after the cause of action arose. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.

Restrictions

The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration

The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.

22. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
